Ko wai au? | Who am I?

With over 20 years of experience working with people from all walks of life, I have honed and cultivated my communicative skills, which have been grounded in the human experience. I have the proven ability to establish positive relationships with people at any stage they are at in life and from all cultural backgrounds.

I have been a stay-home father, run my own childcare and holiday programme business, worked in education, in the care sector, and in the arts. All of this results in a plethora of transferable communication skills with high levels of empathy and integrity with an unwavering ability to connect. I live in the sweet-spot where passion and ability coincide.

 

​I am extremely passionate about working with people and highly effective in doing so. The confidence and charisma I exude comes from a deep understanding of self and social constructs. My curious nature and analytic outlook keeps me in the search for new and innovative ways of doing things - always looking to improve and never being stagnant. I am driven by people feeling valued, taking opportunities to flourish, and living in their full potential.

 

I stand for equality for all humans and believe that through relationship, connection and communication, this is possible. My purpose in life is to make the lives of others better. Kōrero Pono is my pursuit in doing so.
